I just received my Premium Starter Kit yesterday. I have not experienced the same problem as you have encountered in regards to charging the spare battery in the pack. I was able to simply place the battery in the slot (no forcing/wiggling/turning needed) and upon closing the lid the red? charging indicators became lit after a few moments. It is possible you might have received a bad pack.

there prices are very cheap and everything i bought from them is really? good quality. i love them soo much, there comstimer support is amazing too. forreal tho, buy a cheap disposable or the 30 doller starter kit just to try them out and you will thank yourself. quitting smoking is horrable but the volt made it fun!

go to smokeless image website and check out there e cigs. i had a blu for a month and smokless image volt is waaaaay better. i dont work for them or anything, i just really wanted to quit smoking so i got a blu. there flavors arnt too bad but there cartos start tasting burnt way before it runs out of juice and that really sucked for me. the volt cartos dont taste burnt untill there completly dry and even then i can? refill it easily and it is just as good as new. and there flavors are amazing!

I tried my first ECig today a blu Blu , a disposable and it is lasting me longer then if i had bought 2 pack of ciggs. A 250 puffer. I love it. I like the disposable only cause i dont like the bulkiness you have with a? pack. The flavor is so much better then a real cigg. I have not been jonesing for a cigg yet since i got it over 20 hrs ago. My wife doesnt smoke however she is interested in a non nicotine type. R there any ?

someone gave me the original blu a couple years ago. what a money pit! their carts are small and crappy but are priced so highly it should be a friggen crime. their carts only offer nicotine level up to 16mg, despite the fact that the vapor output is a joke (it probably takes 20 secs of vaping to get the vapor equal to one drag from a real e-cig. of course, they don't offer juice to refill the carts. they want to rip off their marks the max amount of times before they? wise up smokelessimage-com

My girl friend and I each have the regular Blu Kit and it seems to me from your description they tried to over complicate the Premium pack/charger. Neither of us have had issues with the basic charger pack. We currently have a handful of friends that have dropped smoking for Blu because of our experience. I don't think anyone has had a complaint yet. For availability and price (thank-you Walgreens) we believe it is hard to beat.?
