Running my girlfriend through normal Deadmines on her new worgen, we discovered that any mount could carry passengers. However, the passenger would always grapple the mount's head. So a few experiments later, mounting my trusty sea-turtle, we found that with the /mountspecial (or jump) that the turtle completely envelops the passenger in the shell! It was too funny to not share. Enjoy!
