I am a biker. With that said, I ride on the side of the road. I don't slow cars up. I signal if I am going to peddle out into traffic (only to avoid debris or to make a left turn). Bikers? that purposely harass others by shutting down streets like this bring it on themselves. It makes the rest of us bikers look bad.
