I? agree with everything you say about Serapis. The conjunction of Osiris and Apis had begun in the 18th Dynasty. The letter to the Emperor Hadrian mentioned in the video is widely regarded as suspicious because the original does not exist and it is not mentioned until 300 AD when it is quoted by the historian, Flavius Vopiscus who is quoting Phlegon who is supposed to have spoken about the letter.
