Phil Phil Phil :) I love the topic. I hope you have a minute to read because it may take a minute but it will be well? worth it. To understand how vortexy :) it is I gotta start from the start. As a young man I was raised baptist and believed everything wholeheartedly about what I was taught. day b4 last, my neighbor's daughtinlaw came pounding on my door. ? I went out to talk to her. Her vibration was in a very agitated angry place. I recognized this immidiatly and asked her to come to my level so we could speak about her issue. I did not lose my happy vibe. When she left she had completly shifted to the happy place I was in and all turned out well. I have vortex moments all the time. Dancing, singing along with music, talking to strangers, but the best is while listening to Abraham? while driving in my car. I continuously find myself with a huge smile plastered on my face. I notice my smile long after I have started smiling and I often will smile for an entire car ride to or from work. That is amazing to me. A smile with no effort and little thought lasting for so long. Happens at other times now too. Even watching basketball for 2 hours :)

so many! but I will tell my favorite :) on my recent visit to new zealand I found my new favorite place, whakawarewa? forest! filled with massive redwoods and large native nz ferns, it was like walking through the congo! It was so breathtaking that I had to stop many times because I was overflowing with this electric and almost overwhelming energy. I literally said aloud many times, 'this is the best experience of my life!!! complete and total bliss!!!' best feeling ever :) EVER!!!

I had this total epiphany today... really!... and it went something like... O M G I really don't care if anything external ever changes or if the grand dreams I have had my whole life never manifested physically. I've done that too - a sort of visualization meditation. You focus on a few things that bring you into the vortex, that bring joy and excitement to your heart. It is kind of curious.... it is not? meditation because you are exciting the mind, not quieting it. But it is a kind of meditation.

How happy I was to hear what you said. It is so simple really - get to that good place, get into the vortex, get into that good vibration, get into that good feeling frequency. I do think that it takes practise - like anything you do well. When you start playing a guitar for example, you apply yourself over and? over again. You keep on practising, and eventually - if you carry on doing it - you find it easier and easier to play and it sounds very good to listen to.

Just a quickie: I have an ex who left me years ago. Once in a while, he'll send an email, but we've not reunited. I love him and miss him, and the past few days, have been freaking out because I hadn't had an email since Christmas eve. Today, some Abe friends advised me to "let go of the oars," and if he's meant to come back he will. I took a nap with the Vortex meditation playing. Woke up and found? 3 emails from him in my box. Then it's just a matter of re-focusing back into the Vortex! I've really taken to my imagination.
