, Turkiye was not a loser of WO1 we where attacked by English, French,Italians,Greeks,Australians,New zealand, and colonies from britain and africa like hindoes, and africans, we lost a lot of territory because the Arabs choose the side of the english the people that we have protected for? many years, after WO1 we faught against the Russians. now tell me how many countrys would survie such an invasion? 9 countries itell you NONE, and we ruled Hungary for 150 years if you didnt know

And dont forget they are designed as a spring and summer season army. The heavy infantry part? comes from their training :) I know it sounds odd but light infantry are experts in close contact while the elite have to master all weapons in the military. That way if one dies on a crucial flank, another can take his place.

Turkiye won and didn´t got defetead but only from inside because the brits planted the jewish spy Ataturk to declare ottoman empire as gone and republic of Turkiye in its current shape, the aegean was colored with red after battle of gallipolli with the allies blood, if Turkiye really would had lost, it wouldnt exist today but it? exists

Turkey was a loser of world war 1 just like Austro-Hungary whe my grandpas grandpa fighted. And I dont think Turkey defeated them it just defended its main territory but who is winer showed at Battle of? Beersheba.

Turkiye modernized it´s system at the? same time as the other European powers according to the german structure in the first world war, Turkiye was in war with Britain, france, australia and Russia and Greece and other Balkan nations and defeated them all at the Battle of Gallipolli, look it up, Ottoman empire was a allie of German empire in world war 1
By: DAVORINAAA. on 21 Nov 08, 18:36:42
But still they were no match for European guns,? who were much more advanced, no wonder Empire began to colapse after 1700. Because they had arhaic tactic, arhaic feudal sociality.

although not totally accurate, this is a good reenactment, congrats. burdaki embesil türk ad?n? rezil arkada?lara sesleniyorum,? çok salaks?n?z. uyduruk mehter tak?mlar?ndaki takma b?y?kl? adamlar burdaki yeniçerilerden daha sahte.

Right, they would have said Atep!, but we don't do first? person since our 17th C. Turkish is iffy. About the cannon, you use what you have, including in real sieges. Pleanty of documentation of small guns firing at big cities... presumabally for effects other than breeching walls. 24 pounders take trains of 20 horses to pull them, and they are lucky to move more than 4 miles per day. The military uniform is correct for 1600s. Generally only the Janissary cavalry was armored at this time.

most of janissaries were light infantry (without a shield or armor, they were using tatar bow(before guns) and scimitar).. but elite janissaries were wielding a huge shield and scimitar with chain mail armor..? you can see the elite janissaries in janissary band
By: SABLJA89. on 19 Sep 08, 20:56:41
and training regulary for 7 years obligatory in fighting with bow, sword, lance, halberd and training wrestling and? eastern martial arts and bodybuilding they were worlds most feared units and in a extraordinary physique
By: SABLJA89. on 19 Sep 08, 20:55:54
This video is fake, you can clearly hear them say "fire" lol since when did janissaries use that word? the cannon is wrong ít´s a field pounder only ment for battles on open fields not for sieges on castles. The costumes are civilian clothes, janissaries? would have worn Heavy mail armour combined with plate armour
