Hi there, I've got an HyperX SSD 240gb... and newly installed to my MBP 2011 15inchs~~~but with the AJA? System test,,,I've only got around 390mb read and write...but the boot time is really fast, around 15 sec...is there anything I can do to maximize my read and write speed?

Hey , Yea i get the same write speeds around 140-160 . the problem seems to be related to the Disk speed test it self, just try using AJA system test to get the real speeds. For the? boot time , did you restart the PRAM? you must restart it. and there is no need for you to enable trim, we have garbage collection and it won't make a difference

hi, I just installed the same ssd into my 2011 QC i7 MBP but is took close to a min for it to boot up, and read speed is at 463 but write is at 163 ? did you enable trim? ? and if you do can you please show me how ? is there any type setting on my MBP that I have to change ?pls help thanks.
