I would say your right crank seal is worn and it is drawing in transmission oil , this is usually the source for the right pipe smoking and excessive oil from the? pipe. It should also explain the pipe being colder as it is not getting proper combustion.

i would say that your battery is fucked and all you need is to get it charged or get a new one. when you have that? done buy yourself a multimeter. when the bike is running on its own battery put the multimeter on the battery terminals. then rev up the engine and the reading on the multimeter should climb if it does you alternator is ok and charging. if the reading does not climb then your alternator or regulator/rectifier is giving you trouble.
