I've been working on a squat challenge to see how much I can improve. 10 days before the recording of this video, I completed 25 reps. The goal was 30, I completed 31. I hope to complete 50 reps within the next month. I decreased my mileage, running only 10k's. At the date of recording, I was approximately 170lbs.

I've been marathon and 10k training for over a year now. Because of that, I have neglected my resistance training. I used to squat a lot, but now I'm limited to once a week. I'm glad I still could do a good amount of reps while maintaining form.
I'm approx 170lbs in this video. Exercise was performed at the UAB rec.
