I've tested Age of Empires 2 myself on the Mini 2133 - it runs great. But from the looks of your video, San Andreas is too slow.? What a shame :(

Well yes, u can, but it's a bit laggy, so... It's? good for starting new charr and getting first 50-60 lvls, but not for raids, or anything like that :-). I had this netbook with 1.6Ghz processor and 1GB of ram...
