He should have waited putting the scallops on imo, that way the meat would have had time to rest a few minutes so those juices return to the center, scallops dont? need a lot of time anyways.

I love my Komodo Kamado! Thanks for finally doing a video about them. I want to add my kudos to everything this guy said about the grill. It is everything they promised it would? be and more. We too have quit using the oven at home. It is the best brick oven pizza cooker you could imagine.
