O Yeah thats only a dual core with 4 logical? cores, the i5 2400 has 4 physical cores so it will perform alot better in a game that uses all 4 cores like GTAIV.

I just looked it up, and I only have a Core i5 650 @ 3.2GHz. Apparently, yours is much faster in benchmarks. As for GPU, I just upgraded my GPU from an HD 5830 to an HD 6950, and I don't notice a huge difference in FPS. GTA IV is very CPU dependent. I need to? get a new one!

Thanks! I basically just fly around a lot, and every once in a while I decide to record it! I want to set up my laptop to video capture my? pc's output so that I can capture with no frame rate loss. I also want a faster CPU!
