Quite the contrary. The case scratches easily, but that's really the main problem I have. It is by no means poor quality or not durable. Of? all the cases for the Note I tried, this is the only one that feels like it can handle a hard drop. And once its on the phone, nothing else felt as sturdy

I've bought one Speck case previously for my Galaxy Tab - the original 7" version. And it was good while it lasted - but yeah the flaking became visible quite fast. ? In the end the candy shell part actually cracked at its thinnest and weakest point - at the volume control cutout. All your other points: the scratching, silicone wearing off all happened as well. Too expensive for all the flaws - and it looks like they haven't changed at all. Disappointing.

LTE speeds are also great, I've seen as high as 30 down. Averages about 22 MBPS.
