Me too! I am also organic vegan, 95% raw,? and I look and feel better than when I was a teenager. I never eat anything from a can, organic or not. I try to avoid packaged food as well. Almost all the food I consume is raw organic produce from health food stores and farmer's maarkets.

People have no idea what they are drinking and eating.
