It's not the nicotine that kills, it is the TAR! Nicotine causes an addiction, but the tar (and all the other stuff including the filter) is? the things that causes health issues. I quit smoking 1 year ago, and started vaping. I have not feeling this great since 2008! I started smoking around summer 2008... I will NEVER go back to cigarettes again... EVER!

What I know is that since I started vaping instead of smoking; my asthma is 99% better, I feel better, have more energy,? breathe better, and can workout harder. The only thing thats worse about e-cigarettes than regular cigarettes is less money for the government. Oh... and the pain in my hip from my heavier wallet :)

Surprise surprise that someone had to complain about vaping too. No-one is saying that it is 100% good to? still be addicted to nicotine but I will take my chances with the lesser of two evils. 18 months off tobacco for me, my lungs feel just like they did the time I quit smoking for 3 years.
