You're absolutely right Grimm. Most Canadian e-juice taste very close to what a fresh pack of Canadian smokes smell like. I also find that most start to taste like plastic after a while. Canadian cigs mostly taste like a cocktail of chemicals (coincidence? lol). I don't? understand how I ever inhaled that crap but I'm sure glad? I quit.

I totally agree that Canadian and American tobacco taste completely different. American tobacco has an really strong flavor that I can't put my finger on. I used to say that they smelled kind of like that scent you get when you drive by a cow farm.. Obviously thats a very unpleasant smell but I do like american tobacco. It's weird how we equate different smells? to different things i.e. boiled carrots smell like wet wood in the forest to me. Canadian tobacco is much lighter for sure.

Awesome, so now I can start looking for the right matchup of voltage to resistance. Obviously the higher the voltage and lower the resistance the hotter the coils are going to be. I can take a 18650 battery @ 4.2v and end up with 7.2watts... OR i can use 2 rc123 batteries with a voltage of 6, with your 1.3 ohm atty and end up producing 27.7~ watts. Other than killing? the life of the battery or possibly nuking the atty immediatly, what type of output are you generally looking for to burn with?

very nice video! You can even take out the amps and just go for watts [ W (power or watts) = voltage squared, divided by? resistance (ohms) ]. For anyone that wants to see what Terraphon said in written form see [ puckecig(dot)com/2011/12/atomizer-ohms-what-is-that-and-why-is-it-important/ ] . Not taking anything away from the video, it was great. Just some people need to read it to understand. And a big thanks for the tip on Electrodroid, very nice.

Why do Any of that when you can just look at the wattage chart based on voltage and ohms. Google wattage.png & imageshack to find a nice chart. All the math for 1.4 ohms up to 5.5 and? 3.0 volts up to 8 volts is done for you. Only reason to do the math manually is to check your setup if you think it's not performing correctly. Could tell you of manufacturer's defects. Can you Please explain to us all the reasons why you need to do these calculations? Without that, your video makes no sense to me.

Now...To clarify...(look up the words? in CAPS) we determine AMPS by calculating VOLTS (output) divided by RESISTANCE (in ohms). The atomiser is the RESISTOR. So 4.2 volts (from the poles of the e-cig) divided by 1.5 ohms (from the atomizer) equals 2.8 AMPS of CURRENT. 4.2 volts times 2.8 amps equals 11.76 WATTS. Again, this is incontrovertible FACT (yes, look that one up too) as defined by Ohm's law.

Not even worth discussing. The only way to figure out the watts consumed/dissipated you are vaping at is do a voltage test, with the atty 'under load'. A 10440 and an 18650 will both read? 4.2V off the charger, yet with the same atty the 18650 will produce over 20% more watts. The spread is even greater if a 1.5? atty and an IMR18650 is used. Good Luck.

Please do more reading (and maybe even study electrical theory in-depth) and you'll see how wrong you are. ANYONE who uses rechargeable LiOn batteries has a period where 3.7 volts is exceeded. 3.7 volts is the? RATED max. Current (time/space) output voltage/resistance=amps. Output voltage x amps = watts. This is an incontrovertible fact.

Not all meters 'zero' when testing ohms. You need to to just touch the probes together, first, and see if you get a reading. Mine shows .3?, which has to be subtracted.. Your unloaded voltage of 4.23V is? meaningless, nobody vapes at 4.23V with a battery. The voltage needs to be determined with the atty under load, to determine the actual vaping voltage and watts. And this voltage will vary depending on the ohms of the atty. In your first example you are probably at 3.6V with 2.6A = 9.25W

The wattage will vary depending on the voltage. We use devices which range from approximately 3.7 volts up to nearly 13 volts. Common voltages are 3.7, 5, and 6 with some? devices having controls which allow the user to change the voltage at will. Knowing Ohm's law allows us to select the right voltage for what we're trying to accomplish. It's complicated but it really does help.

hi mate, these type are not designed to be refilled as the cart and atomiser are a complete unit? that is sealed. it is possible to remove them from each other with a pair of pliers.........but in my opinion they dont work as well afterwards and its very hard to seperate without causing damage. cheers, scott

The 306? is thinner than the 510 as well, but the connections are still compatible. It feels a lot more like a real cigarette in size (like a 100), and it's lighter than the 510. The attys are nice, but not as powerful it seems. Good for dipping.

hi mate, its not actually a disposable cigar..........you can charge the battery via the mains as i show in the original review. the carts are not really possible to refill as they are a sealed unit with the atomiser built in so technically that part could be classed as a disposable though. but yeah, it would have been? nice to recieve a full new kit! :) cheers, scott

Nice review! I would have had a better impression of this company if they had given you a whole new cigar to review. They seem cheap, after all it would have been to their benefit if you could have said they gave you a whole new cigar to review because they obviously sent you a defective one? to begin with. If this had happened to me in real life, that is what I would expect with such a disposable. I would want the full experience that I paid for and expected from the beginning.

Ok, well in the interests of fairness I will remove this as a specific Icig review as its not, and? ask you ALL to consider following the example of Intellicig whose cig is rubbish but whose cartridges use VG and are made in the UK as sooner or later their are going to be more tests that discover goodness knows what in these PG cartridges like their were last time and the whole industry will be finished. Just my opinion. Your product is VERY good. But I hate Marlboro flavour.

I run a review site and I am an affiliate for just about all the brands so I am far less bias than you who run just one brand you are commenting on. Yet you all promote your own Youtube videos and I do not come along accusing you of being biased. I said this was my personal opinion and have explained? why. My mums got my Icig now and I told her to use Intellicig cartridges on it (VG you see I think all you guys should be using VG not PG) and using UK manufacturers if their are any? but she does like the flavour of the cartridges so has asked me to buy her some more. So its def a personal thing. Hi, yes it is a bit bias but that is just a personal thing that I like the fact on the Sky cig you only have to draw on it really light and I have never found that with any other e-cig yet, also I have always hated Marlboro flavour so that would explain why I personally didnt like that flavour. My Sky Cig seems to charge? alot quicker than 2 hours but I did not know your charger was good for 6 charges so I appreciate the info. ICig has great reviews on Amazon anyway so its definately a top ecig.

You failed 2cover2 very important points: 1) The sky cigs comes with a PPC which only charges your cigarettes 4 times. It doesnt have a LCD display like iCIGs and is the exact model iCIG sold in 2009. 2) The sky cig cost of carts =? 200carts from skycig cost £127 where as with iCIG its only £99.99 With the boxes in the back it looks like you have an affliation with Sky. (Doesnt hold well for someone offering "unbias e ciga reviews" After iCIGs product update in June, I will be in touch.

Also with respect to the quanty of kit you get, soon our £39.99 kit will come with 2 full cigarettes. We decided to start with just 1 battery and? 1 atomiser becuase my take on the matter is if a "starter" kit comes with 2 of each it just shows that the company is not confident on the quality of thier goods. Hi Russ, I my opinion your comments were a little? bias towards skycig. The vapour production is exactly the same becuase both iCIG and SKY cig are made by the same manufactuer. 1 Thing you didnt mention is sky cig is smaller in size than the iCIG which means the iCIG battery lasts about 20 puffs more. Also our PPC will charger the battery in 60 minutes (not 2 hours) and our PPC case holds enough charge for 6 FULL iCIg charges (not 4) iCIG use Marl flavour and sky use tobacco

I wish the liquid didnt come in 3 boxes and with a glass dropper. To expensive and the dropper sucks for getting the last couple milis. Saying that I usually only buy from tw for the fast shipping unless someone can reccomend me? a company with better tasting flavors im a coffee guy.

Hi Scott! Yeah as u can see from my comment a few months back i loved the cigar flavour. But if theyre only gonna sell em in 10ml deals its gonna get very expensive. I know youre a hig cigar flavour fan, so could u recommend cheaper cigar flavour options that u? reckon taste just as good as this tw one? hi mate, thats odd, the USA site has it in 30ml bottles but the UK site only has it in 10ml bottles. looks like your only choice would be to buy a 10ml bottle then unfortunately :( i know the UK site did used to sell the cigar in 30ml bottles though as ive got an old empty one? in a cupboard! lol cheers scott

hi, I got this the other day. It's very nice! I chose 36mg coz no option? for 24mg. It don't actually taste anything like LF vg cigar, which has a smoother, more vanilla tone. This I would say is more like a fat cigar flavour..I can honestly say it knocks spots off all the wimpy so-called cigarette flavours out there, it's a true dark baccy flavour very moreish indeed!

hi mate, its been a while since ive had any TW Cigar but as far as i can remember id say the flavour is very similar to the VG? cigar from LF. i vape the 18mg strength and it gives me a good throat hit so im fairly confident that the 24mg will give you a good throat hit too :) i wouldnt go for the 36mg strength personally as i found that it masked the flavour some what the TW cigar is exceptionally nice.....go for it mate :) cheers scott

Hiya again Scott, can you say whether this has more of a throat hit than Liberty Flights vg Cigar?? I use 24mg, but I dunno whether 18mg for? this TW Pg one would be about the same, or should I get 36mg? I LOVE LF VG 24MG cigar, except throat hit lacks a little (and I don't like the pg version at all!) I just wonder if you can tell me if the throat hit is better,and whether the taste is more like the LF pg or vg cigar flavour?? (I know I'm a pain, but I'm on the dole, taking risks is stupid.) X
