I use this ALOT with RPG on Gunner and I have found that a great 'combo' is (this will work only in medium range when you are surprising ur enemy) to shoot enemy with assault, quickly change to RPG, fire (u? need 2 b good at aiming) and then WHILE the RPG shot is in the air, switch to Assault Shotgun and shoot the enemy. Half a second later your enemy will notice you and at the same time the RPG shot hits them. This can do up to 100 damage and you can then use Assault to finish them in the air:-)

No, HAMBURGERS are always beef. It seems pretty well understood that anything shaped into? a patty and slapped between a bun is a burger - like veggie burgers. Your hamburger wouldn't be minimalist either, since you want all that stuff on it. Just open a package of ground beef, microwave or just stick it in a skillet, heat. THAT is minimal. A bun isn't minimal either. Pickle & lettuce are extravagances. And if anybody needs a video for that, they just can't cook.

I think what you are failing to grasp is that to call yourself a minimalist and then go out and buy pork, seasonings,? grind the meat yourself, season it, and fry it, is quite contrary. Bittman called these 'pork burgers' so that's why I said if he wanted to make burgers then simply fry the beef, bun it, and eat it. Burgers are beef. Period. Not at all. What you describe is a minimalist hamburger, but not all hot sandwiches are hamburgers. Asserting that only hamburgers are minimalist is very limited. Secondly, this is not re-inventing the wheel. In Sheboygan, WI this is common. They take the meat out of Italian sausage casings. Making sausages is pretty easy, I do it myself.
