WARNIING carefull with the canned air ! I am not going to use it anymore ! I had some of wading stuck on the atomizor wick. I used the canned air to dislodge it. it has a propeliant Difluoroethane that is not good!! it wasn't dry yet? left some very nasty residue in the atomizer. Which i vaped :( When I Vaped it tasted so nasty... my ears started to ring? I called the 800 #. They said it would of cuased irratation in the upper chest. it didn't but scaried me !!

Some things I have picked up for general maintenance: Usually your starter kits will have two atomisers, if not you really need at least two anyway. Alternate using them daily, it increases their life. Unscrew your battery from your atomiser at night or when you are not going to use it for a while, since when they are screwed in they are in standby mode, and this is very important for auto bats.

I do like Revolver's juices, pretty much all of the ones I've tried so far but at the time I did this review, they hadn't started carrying them. At this time, I'm definitely a fan :) Most of the fruit-flavored juices are good, just don't produce as thick vapor as the tobacco flavors. For this vid I was using some 555, at 24mg that I got from RMV.

@NikkoDaniels Lucky you! I really, REALLY wanted this product to work as advertised, especially after I watched your kick-ass review. I gave it a whole bunch of chances, tried everything I could think of to make the first two units I received work, learned how to do soft and hard resets, bought extra attys, batteries of all different colors, lots of flavors of carts and e-liquid, and when my last (third!) PCC literally exploded during charging, I gave up. 3 strikes and you're out, Revolver!

That's a total BUMMER, ateapotist67!!! I hope the guys at Revolver are taking care of your situation. They are very good at CS, from what I've seen so far. The only thing about the content of this video that I would change if I had it to do over would be to update the charging time for the batteries. Now they take 30-50 minutes to charge after being drained. The first couple charges took 15 minutes, just like I said. Everything else about it is still correct to the best of my knowledge.

I have to disagree with your assessment that the product is a piece of crap. Mine still works just fine, produces good vapor, drains the carts... does what I need it to, for the most part. I do have one battery that takes a couple tries before it stays in the charging cycle but the other one seems to work correctly... and the charger I used in this video still works fine. Hell, I'm still using the very same atomizer I used in this vid. I've never been able to get a 401 to last that long.

As you said, "nothing sucks more than being out on the town with DEAD batteries and a DEAD case charger!" Well, in my experience, Revolver is 0 for 3. All three units they've sent me are now dead- I didn't bang them around, drop them, expose them to extreme temperatures or loud noises. I just carried them around in my jacket pocket the way anyone would carry a normal pack of cigarettes, and all of them eventually (sometimes in a few weeks, sometimes in just days or HOURS), stopped working.

Nice review, Nikko- it had a lot to do with convincing me to buy the Revolver Elite Duo starter kit, back in October. Too bad the product, itself, is a piece of crap. In the past 8 weeks I have had to replace the PCC twice, for a total of three units that have malfunctioned. All three of them stopped being able to either hold a charge or to charge the rechargeable e- cig batteries properly, and all 3 eventually went completely dead. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I'm pretty much exclusively using Fluval Water Fine Polishing Pads, bought a 6-pack for $4.99 at a pet store. That's more than enough for a year's worth of vaping, maybe a LOT longer. Don't pack it too tightly and the carts drain real well. If it's cut correctly you won't even have to use any tools to get it in place.

not at all, my 801 atomisers work great. the micro pipe uses an 801 based atomiser and the carts on that last for at least a good 60 inhales! and a regular DSE801 e-cig will give me at least 35 good inhales from a cart. if your 801 atomisers run dry after 3 puffs then there is something wrong! add 2 drops of e-liquid to the atomiser so that the reservoir has a little juice stored as back up. then add a fresh cart and vape away. problem solved :)

plus itll be even cheaper if you dont use the cartriges and fill the carts yourself with bottles of juice. to me replacing carts when the juice runs out is a hassle and a waste of money. i clean out my carts and use one for about three months. it still looks and operates like a brand new one. and to replace the wick, just use a pyramid teabag and make your own wick by rolling it up into a slim bunch and folding it in half. the nylon teabag, as opposed to cotton doesnt burn and turn black.

yeah i know ive been smoking 2 packs a dayof analogs for 3 years and i quit. ive been using my ecig for over a year now and ive noticed an major increase in my spending money now that cigarettes are out of the piture . i have way way more money now. the downfall in being a noob in ecigs is that you order way too much juice and supplies in fear that youll run out very shortly lol. my first order was 300 something bucks for my 901 and 510 kits plus the juice and batts/attys.

Safeley? please explain? only thing that might be harmful here is nicotine. Or you can get sick by drinking a few drinking glasses full of PG, because like alot of other things, its only slightly poisonous in high doses. True, it may have some resemblance to smoking but none of the bad side effects. As far as health issues: What long term effets? the vapour isnt the same as waht comes out of smoke machines. They generally use baby oil to create the smoke which is probably more dangerous than atomised propyl glycol and nicotine. so , this is the method that i use to re-stuff my 510 carts. If you are re stuffing a penstyle cart with a tebag you will need to use the cut off bits to also put into the cart , it's cheap and works pretty well , and it sure beats buying blank carts to re-fill

I've been using this method since i got my Joye, and i love it. One change: i cut the fold off the bottom, also, which keeps juice from collecting in that fold. Seems to wick better. This is so superior to the batting that comes in the empties. Also, I've been rolling them width-wise, to get a little bit thicker. I'll have to try them lengthwise. Oh, and the little bit sticking out the end is vital to this method's success. Thanks so much for he tip!!

I put in about 4 drops inside the cartridge and 2 drops "drip" directly into the atomizer. I got my Joye510 from AnyCigarette [.] and I can't be more satisfied! This is one excellent product cuz vapor production is one of greatest and it can hold a significant amount of e-liquid before it can be refilled!

I use 1, and it works ok. Still wishing it made more vape like the 510. Just ordered the Dragon M401. Thing is I really love the length of the 801, but lust after the vapeage on the 510.
