Wonder Woman came out decades ago so it? was very feministic during that time. Now days when you think of feminist heroes you'll think of Buffy. She's still a feminist icon but kind of considered old school. Still, even Wonder Woman's outfit is better than some of the outfits given to female heroes in videos games, comics, etc. In one of the games I own, the female lead's outfit is lingerie.

To be fair, most male "barbarian" type characters (think Conan or John Carter) don't wear much more than a loincloth or a leather harness, exposing their six pack abs and massive pecs. The female version? is STILL more prevalent, but it's not ALWAYS a double standard, at least. That said... "tassels of intimidation" made me laugh.
