You cant prove anything you say. Stop trying to tax us to death, stop trying to raise our utilities, and then say " I will give you a subsidy so you can pay them." What??? Fees and taxes for the U.N. also?? Taxes on many things, and 40 million new "Smart meters" Whats wrong with the old ones? How much do they cost? and what about Reparations for third world countries??
