no that has absolutely nothing to do with what happened. it was a total accident, and everyone involved lost their job. they were practicing hovering at 10 ft above the water, but no one noticed they were still going down until they were submerged. then the pilot pulled up as fast as he could and somehow,? the helicopter was still working. still the entire crew lost their jobs, it wasn't intentional. also special ops don't submerge helicopters.

Oh, but I'm more than qualified. Resumes don't fit in YouTube comments though, but comments are. Why would I be wrong given you're huge experience in the US Navy?
