When you really break down his songs and see? the? meaning behind what he writes about, it's a breath of fresh air in the rap/hip hop scene. His breath control, rhythmic? flow,? and meanings of the songs are insane. It's hard to realize for a lot of people listening to illiterate rap or hip hop artists influenced by money? and media rapping about: drugs, sex, bling, money, girls, gangs, and other meaningless lyrics.

That South Park analogy was spot on. Props. El-P is one of my all time favorite music producers, but I don't think I've heard enough of his work to have heard the stuff you think is horrible. I have The Cold Vein, Mr. Lif's albums, fantastic damage, ISWYD,? and Company Flows first album. Most of that stuff is geniusly produced in my opinion.
