I like it how the non-smokers come to an e-Cigarette page and do nothing but try rinse out smokers and ask why it's so hard to quit. Maybe it's because smoking is extremely addictive and it's also something to do, whether your by yourself or with friends whatever? it's sociable, and alot of the time can actually be quite stress relieving. My dilema is I'm a student getting paid pittence so I'd have to give up smoking for like 2 weeks before being able to buy an e-cig starter pack.

However, I completely appreciate an option to how invasive smoking can be to people around me as well as a way to cut down on the smell of smoke in my home and car.

It's difficult to believe they are fighting to? ban a product which has massivley smaller amounts of carcinogens, is better for you and has great results with helping to quit outright or simply replacment, its better for you whichever way you look at it. The only thing even marginally similar to a cigarette is the risk of heart attack, which can be partially mitigated by regular exercise. (I should also point out this is about the same as that of smoking and isnt fully proven)

Research also shows that teens? between 13 and 17 years of age who smoke daily are more likely to use other drug substances. Yet, I would still have my kid rather try an electronic cigarette than the regular tobacco cigarette (if I had to choose).

Respectfully, I must disagree with you about the blue? ecig being trash. I think you got a defective unit. And, they have upgraded their unit. I just ordered the black model and I am totally satisfied!! The only issue I have is the battery life! It sucks!! and I have to keep charging in order to get a good smoke! and, the cartridges really blow out the vapor when its first put in...Oh my...the vapor is alot!! so I'm satisfied with that...

The price on quit smoking products is twice? that of the actual tobacco products. I started to make my own smokes a few years ago. I love how nobody seems to understand that the nicotine isn't the main problem. It's the tar and the other harmful chemicals. Obviously nicotine can cause? things over years of abuse, but if I smoke real cigarettes twenty times a day -- wouldn't you fucking thing I'd rather smoke just nicotine and water instead twenty times a day? No, it's not. It's just nicotine, flavorings (if any), and propylene glycol to get it the? smoke effect (they use it in fog machines). Smoke is comprised of totally different materials, since it is a product of combustion, a chemical process. This propylene glycol vapor is a -physical- change. It's definitely an better, and can help people that want to quit or give smokers an alternative. Liquid will not accumulate in your lungs. ok just to give you some info a cartrige will in no way give u a pack and a half its more like maybe 5 cigerettes the "thing on the end" is a LED light and there is a slight smell for some? flavors and it dosent feel the same its a little different and depends on nic strenth for the TH

@tek413 Ah, I repair band instruments for friends, so I have that fat high-temperature silver solder, rosin,? and a torch, pretty much what you can find at a hardware store. I use it to solder/weld back on spit valves and etc on trumpets, french horns, etc. My welder buddy sneered at my messing with aluminum, told me it's not safe to mess with at high heat. Oh well, I'm just modding for funzies, lol. Cheers!

@tek413 I'll try that. What I've been doing is I put the handle of my small tack hammer inside and whack it with my regular? hammer until the assembly pops out. On one of my mods, I used two of these flashlights, cut them in half with my pipe cutters, filed one of them down until it press-fit into the other, silver-soldered, sanded smooth. This way, I could put the atty connector into one of the end-pieces, a penny fits perfectly into the end switch hole after prying the switch out. Nice.

@peacepipe215 there 3 3/4 long, dia of about a quarter, or just under 1 inch. There labeled iron bridge tools and were carryed by home depot.? If you dont use the top switch but modifiy the bottom cap switch to be a push button, so that it will still work.. ON the shorter flashlights any way... Also i do do these mods on my show on thirsday nights on gptv if ya could not tell lol...

@shaggyonetime hi mate, i rarely use regular atomisers /? cartomisers these days and instead use a repairable atomiser......my current fave being the Odysseus and i uploaded a review on that yesterday but if i were to go back to cartomisers then by far the best ones for a Provari would be a 3ohm Boge.....lots of vapour, lots of flavour, plenty of throat hit and as its 3ohm it allows you to really play around with the voltages :) I've reviewed the Boge cartos so check that out cheers scott

@FatedHaven hi mate, i just watched the vid again and for some reason i was using a 901 atomiser along with a 510 - 901 adapter (i don't really like 901's that much so I'm not sure why i was using one in? this vid! lol) but a great set up for the Provari is to use it with a 3ohm 510 Boge cartomiser......it allows you to really play around with the full scale of the voltages and works a treat ;) cheers scott

@iGTuRneR11 hi mate, to be honest, there are many better models on the market these days as the super is a very old design that has been around for a few years now. dont get? me wrong, it will still produce a good amount of vapour and throat hit, but it uses the old style carts which means that they will need refilling very often :( but for your 1st ever e-cig, im sure it will do a good job of helping to decide if vaping is something you will take to cheers scott
