My Blu E cig I ordered. I got the white pack and it shipped in about a week. Honest review not paid for by anyone. My first Ecig. **** After more time and use with this and experience with another ecig the Janty Ego I have decided that the Blu is a piece of trash i will do a side by side comparison soon to show how bad the blu really is.

False advertisement! It took me like 3 or 4 orders & over or close to spending over $200 with Blu to figure this out on how many puffs I? was really actually getting. After calling customer assistance, they informed me that I may not be smoking the Blucig correctly. Being of sound mind and body, and a competent person, I was insulting to be told that maybe I just didn?t know what I was doing. I will take my money and biz else where!

Do yourself a favor and don't get blu. Even the premium pack. Especially if ur an avarage to heavy smoker. You'll go through 7-10 carts a day, that's $15,. Battery last for an hour max, buy more? chargers and batteries while keep changing. Blu made me miserable. Costumer service does suck and extremely surly and rude.

Since I have been with them for so long I have had my fair share of returning and getting refunds. To receive a refund you need to return the product and the RMA page within 30 days and to get an exchange you need to do the same but you have a year. I have not talked with anyone rude and have not had problems with customer service, complaining that customer service is bad and not trying again is like getting a fucked up order at Taco bell and never eating there again because of that one order!?

This review is kinda shitty, I started vaping with Blu in Sept 2010 and have not had a cigarette since, you only use one cart a day and the battery lasts me all day, if you use the actual charge piece that plugs into the usb port, it takes about 25 minutes to fully charge a battery, I have had problems with getting a faulty cart every now and then but customer service would always credit my account. I have tried several different kinds of E cig and Blu is by far the best?

OH, BTW if you buy the kit sold at walgreens your getting the original shitty kit. The Blu premium kit has to? be bought from their website but the new cartridges can be bought at walgreens or online. The original Blu kit sucked so bad I actually considered switching to v2 or greensmoke but, when I tried my friends premium blu I liked it alot. I'm not saying they are the best cuz I've only tried 2-3 ecigs. But, it's cheap and I can buy the cartridges at a store if I run out not just online.

Actually your reviewing the older kit which does suck ass. I upgraded to the premium kit and the cig battery is twice as good as well as the charging pack is better? as well. The new cartridges have the atomizer built in which the older ones didn't, that effects the draw you get and the new cartridges are equal to about 1 pack the older cartridges that were 25 for $25 were equal to 5-7 cigarettes if that so you might like the new improved Blu premium kit. I tried someone elses so i upgraded after

@laysea65-you're smoking cigs! There's over 4000 chemicals in them! Prop Glycol is in anti freeze but it's also in a million other food products you use everyday. Maybe pick up a blu disposable at walgreens to try it out (should be $10). If? you're a heavy smoker like I was, blu will be very inconvenient-constantly charging batts & running through the carts which are NOWHERE NEAR A FULL PACK. Also, quite expensive. Do some research on ecig forum and maybe check out volcano e cigs. Good luck.

I started using a new e cig called Apollo. Personally, they are a lot better than Blu and Green Smoke. I did not like how the taste was for Blu and also had many problems with the? batteries. Apollo is a simple two step design and is also a lot cheaper that most top rated brands.

Will someone please explain something to me? I just bought a blu cig and it? wasnt in a starter kit or anything, it was just a single electronic cigarette. It doesnt unscrew either (well, if it DOES unscrew, I cant get the damn thing off lol). Is this just a disposable cig? I cant charge it or reload it? I just got a Jasper and Jasper Xplorer 2 days ago and it was a piece of crap, the charger broke on day 1 and it stopped putting out a lot of vapor and it didn't give a lot of nicotine, I just got a disposable Blu Cig from Walgreens just to try it out, woooow! this thing is awesome! a whole lot of vapor! and the flavor is actually good! next up I am gonna get the full Starter Kit of Blu? regular cigs. Mind that in NY pack is $10-12, refill for Blu is from $9.xx - 12.xx and one refill pack is about 5 regular packs (depending on usage). Blus have vapor that like inhaling steam from a pot full of water leaning 3-4' above it. Regular cigs fill U with combustion products - try rolling a sheet of paper put it in Ur mouth and light the other end - that's real cigs are in an extreme. I got mine 2 months ago after 13 Years of smoking cigs. and I can run again without? spitting lungs! :)

Yeah the battery sucked on the greensmoke. The thing was huge so I thougth it would last much much longer. The 2 peice design is cool but? would cost SO much more in the long run since the cartridges dont last worth a sh*t either. Since this review I am still very happy with my decision. If anyone has anyone questions just let me know. I dont work for any of these companies and will be happy to give an unbias opinion! I didnt think this many people would even see it!

Tried it and though it tasted like crap....VERY harsh on the throat too. Felt like I was smoking a torch and had a fork in my throat. I didnt use? it long enough to comment more than that on battery life or quality...just know what I have read about it not being that good. Three peice is the way to go anyway...two peice is for beginners who plan on throwing away the kit and upgrading to something like this anyway I think. thanks for watching!

heads up, since your new to the e-cig relm, try to fix your draw (or inhale), if you can imagine like milking a bong or inhaling slowly, try a longer inhale too, I think that? would fix your problem with the vapor.
