According to wikipedia your comment is exactly false. It says you'd have to drink it or take it intravenously to reach toxic levels. There are some conspiracy theories out there regarding this but I can give you a conspiracy theory about anything. Watching your monitor screen for? long periods of time is bad for you. At first it weakens your eyes and then it weakens your brain. Sitting for 8 hours or more a day is as bad as smoking a pack a day for your heart. How about that one?

Prescription? They are already labeled to sell 18+ only "must be an adult" etc.. Now if a minor lies and claims to be? 18, or purchases from a local store which does not check an ID (like I see so much with REAL cigarettes) then it should really be something that the store needs to take responsibility for. I am in no way going to goto a doctor to get a prescription to smoke. I agree it should not be sold to minors regardless, but lets be serious.

I agree that e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes etc should NOT be banned federally, I am a strong believer myself that it is people's own business what they choose to put in their own body so? long as they are harming no one else in the process. E-cigarettes contain nicotine and are addictive (maybe not as addictive as regular cigarettes that have additives & chemicals) e-cigarettes probably can also cause heart disease in long term/heavy use. what I really think is that they're more concerned that? children could pickup an addiction due to nicotine. What I would suggest is that they ban the selling to minors(which I seem to remember is the case) and that they only sell nicotine contained e juice to people who properly need it(like ACTUAL smokers). Suggestively require a prescription from a doctor or something...

If they? try to target this based on flavor, citing that it entices children into smoking. A reasonable defense could be the sale of flavored alcoholic beverages, e.g. honey flavored "Drambuie", peppermint flavored "Rumple Minze", apple flavored "Applejack" and a host of other supposed "child enticing" flavors. Providing these Vaperite bottles are labelled correctly, designed responsibly (inhibiting young children from opening them), and sold legally (adults only), there should be no problem.

They tried sneaking one through here just a month ago. Tried passing a bill that would make selling e-cigs to minors illegal, I'm all for that... fine with that. But they had a few amendments attached to the bill, the very last one was added to make e-cigs? illegal across the board in TN. After thousands of calls and emails to our lawmakers, we finally got that last amendment struck off of the bill. Just because the FDA says one thing, states can still pass their own idiotic laws. Keep fighting.

Buying overseas is a? option, but dyi liquid is really picking up as well. About half the liquid I use I make myself, paying basically pennies per ml of liquid.

Thanks for all you do Shawn! I have used your products since December. I'm a non-smoker after 35 years. I was up to 2-1/2 to 3 packs a day. I now breathe better, have better sense of smell, and a cleaner environment thanks to electronic cigarettes. Hopefully the government won't succumb to? big tobacco lobby. It would be nice if our congressmen thought of the people instead of their pockets for a change!
