Yeah there is a little arsenic in apples naturally but China uses pesticides that contain arsenic. Sorry, I believe Dr. Oz. He just thinks they need to monitor the situation more. No one is regulating the chemicals in juice from China. I am glad to be made aware. Some kids drink juice everyday, imagine if they get unlucky and keep? getting juice with the higher amount of arsenic everyday. It could effect them. um like cures like is the premise behind VACCINES... the consumption of the component causes the body to create antibodies. Its not diluted, it is SUCCESSED. And it is not absent from the treatment- like vaccines- again- you do not use 10 lbs of flu virus to make 1 flu vaccine... you use a tiny, minute amount. You'd be better off filing your complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, which is the agency with jurisdiction over this kind of consumer protection. Just last week they took to task fraudulent marketing of fake "news sites" promoting Acai Berries as a diet.

Arthur Conan Doyle, who wrote Sherlock Holmes, believed in fairies because he became a true believer after seeing some faked photgraphs. He should have known better. The FDA should have the power to force recall Unsafe Foods, they shouldn't have to Negotiate with Private Megacorporations to get contaminated food tested and off the shelves.
