Gotvapes has the worst customer service ever. They sent me a LED Vision Deux, which is a cartomizer they jammed a LED inside of and "do not guarantee the LED". Their cool 7 dollar cart blew the circuit on my EGO battery. I send a ticket on their system saying it leaked out the adapter hole and my battery told me it needed recharged when i tried to? use it. Daniel told me to screw in the post. I tried this and put it back on the battery a few times and now the battery is trash!

When confronted with an issue on their part, a vendor has a real opportunity to let itself shine and push themselves to be exceptional, and GotVapes did a miserable job at it. What a shame. We all know everyone can make a mistake. When a vendor does so, I like to think of it as an opportunity for them to impress me with their customer service. What a drag these guys failed. And why is it always the driptips? This has happened? to me 3 times with other vendors, but they've ALWAYS made it right immediately. What is going on? Did I got a broken product or wth is going on??? I ordered these, opened the package,? it looked sweet and practical but then. NO throathit (I switched my juice from 18 mg to 12 mg though, but I'll get to that later) and I have to draw so much that my cheeckbones snap! And hardly any vapour! I tried my 6 months old 510 atty with the same juice: results were MUCH better!? I'v been mainly using the dual coils cartos, which are great and I think due to them, these seem to suck...

I want to try these. Currently using dual coils at 3.7 volts? and these cartos have provided the best flavor so far for me. I've been waiting for a tank-style carto that is easy to fill and provides good flavor. I think 2.2 ohm would probably be best for me, so I'm looking forward to when these will be on the site.

Thanks, spasticos! I got mine and have had no problems. It's going to take me a little while to get used to them after using Clearomizers for so long. The draw on the sapphire is just a tad stiffer, and it does not produce the clouds of vapor? like the Clears do, but still a very nice product.

I cleaned mine out by running it under the sink for a bit then emptied out as much water as I could, did a few dry vapes to get the moisture off the wick, there were a few wet spots inside, filed it up with my favorite juice and vaped away. It took a few puffs to get a decent vape again and? there was some water in the side chamber, I probably should have blown it out using a napkin at this point, but didn't. This is definitely not the best and brightest technique to clean the Sapphire.

sure follow this, if you sapphire isnt firing, simply turn it upside down, look at the connector dish, use a pin or something sharp to lift it up a little so it makes contact with the battery, try that and youll be working in a minute flat, just life up bettween the disc and the wall, gently pry it up and turn? it and do it again, it will lift up a tad, screw it on and it will fire, each one is tested before it leaves the factory for doa,

I am right there with you. I had been using the gotvapes sapphire tankomizers. Despite problems (leaking when filling among other things) the ease of use is paramount. Pull out the plug with your fingers, put the syringe in the hole and fill. I got a box of these and followed the instructions included. It? says pop the top plug and clear second plug. Without popping the third big plug, the only hole is in the center which goes straight out the bottom. Followed these instructions on this

yes, they will fall apart if not carefull, burning them will get them brittle, you can wet them atad with water to soften it, almost all wick does that when burned, it hardens, i thought you meant it burnt, that would be bad but these wick cant brun, like melt, only nylon wick? do that . you can also follow the old technique by cuttng the wick off at the slit and then folding ptb strips and placing them where the wick would be down the tube, they act like a super wick.

Well,? I don't know what kind of wick it is but I tell you, I preferred to burn my wick before I use them because I eliminate the burn taste in a dry vape and also I noticed that I can also clean the wick with the torch but it only worked twice and the wick start falling apart. I don't remember if I ordered the ce2 from gotvapes or not. Can you guarantee that your wick will not fall apart if I use a torch?

I tested ones i put on the side,clears had no funky issue on wick except 1. the black & ss though would be 2 out of 5 that need the wick burned, then other packs are perfect. its a neverending battle with them, there are? improvements but they also make more little mistakes, there are some other things coming but ill wait and see , hopefully the giantomizer solves more issue and hopthing that new fat wick is clean

i think this is ONLY in the clearomizers that are chem free and that should be pointed out that 1 might be? but the other isn't.... i just spent 35.00 on 2.6ohm ones and 14 of 15 still charred the wicks, then cleared to white after a few mins, when i dry burned them - so yeah people need to stress it's ONLY in the clearomizers until they correct ALL of them ;)

maybe the not having to burn the wick is in the XLs or clearomizers, but i have boughten 3 packs of normal black 2.6 ohm CE2r5s in the past 11 days and they we're burning clean, 14 of 15 still had the chemicals on them, so to say they are ALL clean is misleading to people. Also water isn't the greatest idea to clean these either because these aren't 100% stainless steel. Just thought I'd? let ya know.

I am using at 5.0 Volts and at 3.2 Ohms. I would not recommend a lower ohms than 3.2 for 5V. They do have them for 3.7 and 2.6 to 2.8 Ohms (LR)? if you are into Standard voltage and LRs. Hope this helps! ;) David

Honestly, that cap at the bottom is not even needed, i took? mine off and left it off, makes it super easy to get apart when i need to, no need for plyers or anything just wiggle out the insides when i need it apart, push them back in when im done and don't worry about the bottom cone part that covers the threads (you end up with a clear part of the tube covering them instead of a peice of metal, but it doesnt completely destroy the way the stardust looks)

i wish i had wick, can't afford any at the moment and i bet if i replaced the wick it would make them work perfectly (think i just got some bad wick is all) well that and the DOA one, but when i undid the wick and coil the wick that? was in it frayed and became unuseable (probably my error since it was my first time removing the stuff)

No it didnt come off wrong, but so far im really not happy with the stardust in general, wicking issues being the problem... they dont leak, not even a drop, and its hard as hell to flood them, easy to take apart, easy to change stuff in them. just wish the wicking wasnt so terrible, can? not seem to keep the thing wicking right but maybe thats because its one of the LR ones

I got a few more of the latest with the cones because people were talking about the "coneheads" which I like, just for the sake filling is even easier (esp. thicker juices). If you find cleaning easy without taking it apart, then there's no reason to take it apart! However, when one dies, go ahead and try to use this method to remove the tank--it's always nice to have an? extra tank on hand (b/c they can crack). Be warned, the first time to take one off can be HARD but then it gets easier.

Tried version 3 yet? Has a tiny cone coming out of the top of the silicon cap to prevent drips down the tube, and the base? is a different design that looks easier to take apart. And no cracks! I'm gonna try this method, looks easy. But its also super easy to clean without taking apart.

Hey just tried this method to take apart the stardust, it works perfectly, very easy took 60 seconds tops... if only i had wire and wick to fix it, in a pinch so tried using cleaned carto filler and the original coil, and it worked amazingly, for 2? hits then burned through the rolled up filler like it was a peice of paper so dont try using carto filler to substitute for wick.

nice, thanks for sharing robbie, you can make it EVEN easier to take apart by, after you take it apart the first time, take the bottom oring off carefully, then take your dremel "tool" ;p and lightly sand the bottom metal ring closest to the base, u know the ring right below the oring its like knurled, sand that/them teeth down and it comes apart easy, and doesnt put them micro cracks in the tank when wiggling it apart, becareful not to sand it down TOO? much as it may fall apart too easily

What I want to know is if the voltage (on the variable voltage ego) is still that high after it's half or 3/4 drained. I'm thinking probably not. Have you tested for that? On that ego battery you? showed, it would quickly drop to 3.7 and lower as it is drained over time.

Great test rig, thank you for taking the time to make your video it was very interesting. I'd love it if you could do a comparison between the VV battery under load at full charge vs almost flat compared to a genuine Joye battery at fully charged vs almost flat. For consistent? vaping all day I think you're better with a Joye battery (1000mah at half the price) at 3.4v and matching your attie to that voltage. But your test rig would show us for sure.

the echo battery is defective, read the description, it wont fire LR attys and? bunch of otehrs. The echo is just a tube mod with regular 3.7V battery inside and it starts teh charge at 4.2V.

I would fluff the filler material so there? isnt a gap for the juice to seep through, also how are you placing it onto your 510 atomizer, try aligning the smart cart with the atomizer bridge so both are vertical when you snap it into place.

I'm curious to know how many people have encountered problems with the smartcarts. I'd been eagerly awaiting getting mine, but now I'm? sorry I did. They constantly flood the atomizer and leak out of the mouthpiece. I've tried using 4 of the 5 carts that I have now, and have made sure to follow proper instructions for them. Searching ECF for solutions seems to show I'm alone with my issues. Have you heard from anyone else having problems? If so, do you know how I can fix it?

matrix - on the Phoenix, pull the top seal out and pull the center pin up, just a tiny bit, to open the bottom coil a little and it will wick? better without the burn taste. Put the top seal back on. On the ViVi Nova tank, I just used a small screwdriver to bring it down. But I haven't had any problems with the one I have. It have used on several mods. Thx for your comments

I've been testing bith? of these as well for 2 day, found out the Phoenix wicks better at no more than 3.7 or lower and rhe Viva Nova needs work on the lower connector centter pin, only works on a couple of my pv's, think about filing down the center pin. Any other ideas to trip down that center pin? Thanks for the vid!!

on the phoenix, if you get a little burn taste, just take out the top seal, and pull the inner tube up just a tiny bit so it will wick a little better,? put the top seal back in and your set.

Ben, after 5 days, the ViVi Nova tank is still perfect, no issues, no leaks, I have cleaned and changed my juice a few times, I'm not sure, but I don't think you can best this tank, and? I know you can't for 15 bucks.

thx Dudemonium11, This is day 3 for me and still no issues? with the ViVi Nova Tank. I cleaned it easily, and refilled with a different flavor of juice, and did not get any mix taste. The coil heads clean up really nice, and the whole tank setup is very easy to clean, put back together, and fill up with whatever flavor you want.

I had never really been? a fan of top coil (CE2 and so on..) designs as i have always had wicking issues. With my style of chain vaping they never wicked fast enough and would always get a burnt taste. Not to mention the "clean" flavor of them was always a little weird to me as i am an avid DCT user. But the Vivi Nova has so far been stellar. No wicking issues at all, which really surprised me, and have now come to enjoy the pure flavor these give off. Nice review btw!
