I have hair one for curly and have used for color treated,, you dont need to follow instructions? to a T , i just use 2_3 pumps per section and I have THICK THICK hair and that us enough for me

I used the hair one...and I really didnt see any difference....maybe I didnt use enough, but my hair didnt really feel? any different. I think you get better resulst with aussie's 3 minute miracle:)
