@c2thegreatest FIrst of all, they are only 25-30 bucks online (gotta look around) but the ones you buy at a mall kiosk are crap anyway,,,and there is NO WAY that they are nastier than cigarettes...some e-cigs come with a fluid inside, for shipping purposes and thus the first couple hits taste funny, but after that, they are delicious...they come in any flavor imaginable...there has to be several that you will find taste good.

I really liked this video, but it is actually proven that junk food doesnt give you break outs. My mom asked my dermatologist about it because she wanted me to eat healthier but my dermatologist said that oily food doesnt make you break out. There is nothing wrong with being under the sun. It gives vitamin D. Also, all life needs sunlight, why hide from it? We lived under the sun for millions of years. I think 15-20 minutes under the sun is actually healthy. I really do not like the fact that people think the sun is such a bad thing, because it really isin't. But obviously OVEREXPOSURE is not good.

My acne tip: Had the worst skin of my life these past two weeks, (prob due to stress) something that really worked for me was to mix baking soda & water & dab it on my cysts. Then cover it with a dab of benzoyl peroxide (i use Solugel), & head to bed. Works wonders! But will dry u out. U can make a baking soda mask by adding a lil water, & 2 pumps of aloe vera gel. Leave it on for about 1 hr, really liked this 2. Also i tot.agree that exercise is key, it releases toxins.

This strikes me as meaningful, as I'm always the person maintaining eye contact longer than others in my own life...so what does it mean I keep glancing away from a video? My eyes are a feature most complemented, and I use them as such....this...flicker away, glance back, try to focus, flicker away thing...it....it's like I'm some awkwardly shy Japanese girl or something. Birds must not be allowed to suffer, leg, neck & beak defects restrict a bird's ability to feed & drink & therefore should be humanely culled. Still, on Hugh's show on intensively farmed chooks, he could go to any shop offering a '2fer' deal and the carcasses show signs of hock burn. You are probably one of the few farmers doing the right thing. If your sheds don't stink and your birds don't have hock-burn, then I'd guess you change their floor covering material to remove the ammonia filled poop. I think it is awesome that you insist on correct ventilation.

I don't think Hugh is selfish or irresponsible. I think he is trying to show how some poultry farmers disreguard laws and standards. What requires you to legally cull certain birds? This series isn't about showing how decent, welfare minded people farm their birds. It's about companies that are more worried about the bottom line than the welfare of the birds, and the health benefits that get get passed on to the people who eat them.

I would expect someone of his standing to sencibly assess & present the laws & standards the UK govenment and animal welfare agencies have in place. The chap said that the chickens now contain 100 more calories than they did in the 70's. Chemicals, growth hormones & antibiotics were legal then.THEY ARE NOT NOW! Correct ventilation is a science! Every crop is inspected by the Environment Agency to review our licence to grow chickens. Every lorry load is inspected by a vet B4 killing & we are sevearly repremanded on price if any chickens show signs of poor husbandry (hock burn/ scratching etc). I completly agree with this system, t is working.

I can't figure out what you are trying to say here. Life may have been better in the '70s, I wasn't around then, but I'm sure there would have been less chemicals, growth hormones and anti-biotics involved in the raising of these birds. The fact that your sheds don't stink leads me to believe that you change their bedding, and have a decent ventilation system. Chicken isn't a 'filler' meat, it can be lovely, juicy and tender when raised right.

not sure whether this is still the case, but I'm sure I read that for a bird to be considered 'free range', they only need to be provided with a single exit route for 5-6 hours per day. So in reality even chicken labelled 'free range' may not be living in conditions much better than you can see in the barn.

None of my sheds 'stink' when you walk into them...Seems a bit over focused on Omega 3... like it is the be all & end all! Life was so much better in the 70's in many ways! May be we should realise the importance of fish & accept chicken as a 'filler' meat. Or when fish is wrong, focus on chicken again, what ever gets the headlines. Hue! I am no anti, but you are wrong... it is like people moaning about comercialisation. The welfare of poultry is directly related 2 t marketing of ur supermarket!

My Great, Great Grandfather was a Farmer and taught my Grandfather what a healthy Chicken looks and tastes like. A healthy chicken will have a stronger chicken flavor not unlike a chicken stock. Corn-fed chickens and cows aren't healthy at all, corn isn't a natural food for either; it wrecks their immune system for some reason. That's why most farm animals are killed young; they wouldn't survive to an adult age off of corn. In the US, pets eat healthier than both humans and the food they eat.

i think you should make it more clear about the low fat should be low saturated/trans fat as unsaturated are good for you they helps improve heart health and help prevent depression and cancer and increase testosterone. active people actually help reduce body fat by eating more fats just look at the maasai tribe their diet is mainly meat milk and cow blood very high fat diet and yet they are still very lean i know they are very active too but similar principles can be applied with moderation.

I was told that if I eat a quarter of my meal every 15 minutes instead of all at once that it would help me lose weight by reducing my hunger level so I feel full and will eat less.
