shame not longer wings for more efficient lift and as I? noticed wing doesn't make turn U can easily fix that. In some Ultra lights there are whole wing moving instead of flaps witch makes u way more easy to reconstruct wing mechanism. Tail u made is just perfect great size and great movement angle. On end of wings U can try add wiglets and see if its more stable.

@speebyda The closest I was able to come on the cost was $75 then when you factor in the ice that is needed to make the unit even marginally effective the cost easily exceeds the $100 cost of a 5000btu window unit. Of course then you have the hassle of constantly changing the? ice and the condensation which drips from the copper coils creating puddles wherever this "solution" is set up.

The idea really doesn't work. It is not super hard to do a home made air-conditioner but this is no way to go about it. You want water to evaporate into the air to make the cooling.? You want a wet cloth outdoors and some way to move room heat into the wet cloth. Blowing air through large diameter pipe does this nicely.

Thing is, the gun shattered into all the original pieces. I guess my welds were shit. Scared the crap out of me? and we never found the shell or the impact point. (it was aimed at the ground). Could you run the turbine output through an automatic transmission, like out of a car, so when the wind kicks up, it takes more torque to spin, (thus slowing blades) and the transmission shifts into higher? gears? You could probably control the transmission with an arduino and a hall effect sensor on the input shaft. you could also drop more generators/alternators onto the load using clutches based upon drive conditions. Have you ever experimented with a variac? (? Transformer with an indexable core) They are handy. That's a good use of copper tubing you did there. I have a jig built for my press that flattens, punches and crimps copper tubing into large gauge cable connectors.

@VegaScienceTrust Some years back, I made a? voltage regulator for a machine much like what you show at 1:38. One problem with this sort of generator is that a strong wind tries to blow them over. It get worse when the generator is turning. With it stopped, the wing is stalled and there is a smaller constant force on the axle instead of the big pulse when it is at speed. It used the trick of putting a big load on the generator to stall it out.

This recipe worked! I omitted the vinegar and it took much longer than the video did, but it worked.? Going slow is the key! I had tried two other recipes with the blender and they both separated. The blender makes it much easier on the elbows than using a whisk and doing it the old fashioned way.

Did you consider a high resolution LCD screen on the bottom instead of a DLP projector? the LCD light source can be replaced by a set of UV tubes or strong, long lasting, UV Leds. If the LCD is attached to the bottom of the tray very closely - you should get focused silhouette? onto the UV curable resin - what do you think? will it work? If it does then it would be a small footprint , almost a desktop size, high resolution 3D printer! If you? need 3D models for testing please PM me Cheers

This actually worked ! Except, I would use a little less vanilla extract. I would say use about 1/4 a teaspoon. Other than that, it was pretty good! And if you don't have a gallon sized bag, use another quart sized back and put 7 ice? cubes and 3 teaspoons of salt.
