What video did you see? I can tell you from experience whatever you saw is a million times worse in person. I've personally seen many people get busted for drugs right in front of my house. And as far as good places go in philadelphia the best places would? be northeast philadelphia and south philadelphia. (Also center city but it can be really expensive down there.) Northeast philadelphia is more expensive than north philly or kensington but it's definitely worth it.

His influences go so much further back than John Fahey, I mean, what about the whole half a century or more of rich old time music that influenced Fahey in the first place. Jack Rose does channel a mean Fahey, Basho, Walker and so on, but? his reverence and mastery of the true roots (pre-war rag time, blues, old time, mountain folk,) is NOT to be overlooked. IMO Rose's music is some of the nicest acoustic americana/old time/folk/eastern/raga/ragtime around. Such emotion!

I was 11 when this? show first premiered. I saw the ads on the Vancouver buses, and knew I had to see it. A young Mike Myers got his start on this show. Cathy left him because she was unable to bear children, so she moved to Vancouver with her girlfriend, yes she became a dyke, probably living on Commercial Drive!

This is 2010. Being in your 30s doesn't mean what it meant in the 20th century. Watch Ken Burns "The Civil War." You'll see a photo of a men who look like a modern 50 year old but are only 35. People are? living much longer and as a consequence the phases of life are longer. Our environment is much more complex than it was in the 19th century. We will have to "play" longer in order to process it. Maybe your plan is to give up on your youth when you're 30 but it ain't mine.
