It should work on? all types of criminals, as long as there is enough data from different past crimes (which I'm sure there is plenty of) so that patterns can be detected. These patterns are then analyzed and certain conclusions (such as when is a common time for crimes and where, as shown in the video) can hopefully be drawn from the patterns. But imagine it only did work on "dumb" criminals. I think that would still reduce the majority of crime. Don't you think most criminals are "dumb"?

So great! & this doesn't look like MinorityReport AT ALL to? me, but rather a smart way of streamlining existing data to identify rough areas which we all know exist. The VO clearly says "it's not about arrests" so that trashes the MinorityReport analogy. I moved apartments many times in my life. The first thing I did each time is an online search of crime stats before choosing a neighborhood. Refreshing to see a company actually provides police forces the tools to ANALYZE them. These two choppers are severely out of balance, in real life the MI-28 Havoc? is much better than the viper, mainly for the fact that the MI28 is heavy armoured anti tank assault and the viper is a light attack. But I suppose this is only a game and this is how they chose to do it so there is not much point ranting anymore, anyway great video once again Oshi ! :-)

The main difference would be the tail rotor, the Havoc rotates? around its own axis more slowly than the Viper, making small, "detailed" movement much harder. Combined with a slightly slower tilt speed the Havoc is far outmatched in a duel of agility.

I am lucky enough to have been awake for some? time. I have known about the chip for a long time. Unfortunately, this chip is just beta testing for those who survive the coming mass culling. Billions will be killed. I am 100 % positive of that fact. The "when" is the only vagary. I feel bad for those just learning these things. I see the operations in motion worldwide. Pfft, someone's just annoyed that they don't know? how to use Swype. I upgraded from Swype 2.x to 3.0 with no crazy shit required, and in 3.0, you have to manually add the words to the dictionary.
