First of all you need a recording of the? person before you can do a hologram of them, and second of all, Tupac never did Hail Mary live, and if this was animation it would take them YEARS to create it, so there is no real explanation besides that Tupac is alive and recorded the video for the hologram recently, I believe Pac's still alive, and anyone that don't can suck a fat one!
