I then drove a used 08 Shelby Gt. Good visibility, the gauges are were they need to be in your sight line. The 4.6 is way down on power compared to the Camaro at 319. The exhaust note is wonderful. With the FFRP dampers and lowering springs the ride is a bit harsh at times, but corners flat thanks to big anti roll bars. The Shelby gives up 100 hp to the Camaro, but is lighter, and I couldnt really tell that big of a differance in? the seat o the pants dyno from 0-80.

84camarojunkie huh? There was nothing coherent in that at all. I test drove the ss2 with the intent of buying one. 425 hp and the factory exhaust sounds like a Prius. High belt line and low? roof affected visiblity. The councel mounted gauges looked cool but in reality you dont want to have to look down at speed for a gauge check. Good power, decent ride, (didnt get a chance to take into the twistys), and the price point is pretty good.

there is no sound like the mustang sorry camaro but GM will never make anything that sounds as good as a Ford. and its sad that from a 6.2l? engine supercharged they only managed 600hp while the shelby with its 5.4l supercharged makes 550hp 50hp diffrence and the camaro has the mustang by .7 of a liter.. also camaro IRS= Lots and lots of busted CV axles. theres a reason shelbys dont use IRS they cant handle the power.. oh when will GM learn..

stock it sounds like a vacuum cleaner when driving around town. (I know I own a 2011 5.0) used to have the magna flow 3" muffler deletes (bad ass) but? the city cops are pussys and nailed me all the time for no mufflers. where the car does sound good stock is with the right foot on the loud pedal hard, the factory headers sound really, nice, that being said, just put 1000 bucks on a corsa sport axel back lol.

Just from listening to YouTube videos I thought the same thing, then my old man traded in his 4.6L F150 on a 2012 5.0....NO YouTube video does the sound justice, it sounds alot better than a 4.6,? even with the stock exhaust. IMO Borla ATAK mufflers sound the best for the 5.0 when talking aftermarket exhausts.

Test drove one at the car show while it was an automatic I must say Ford did some science on the suspension to make a solid axle car corner so nicely. I want to? know what their secret is behind it. Also I saw your video on Tuned with the 1970 Challenger with the Hotchkis suspension kit and the 2011 Mustang RTR. If I do end up buying a 2011 Mustang GT I'll be upgrading the brakes and suspension first then add horsepower. 400+ horsepower is a good start from the factory. Great video Matt.

The best thing about these little cars, is that they not only handle like nothing else out there for the price, but they are also quick (especially at speeds over 80mph when the power begins to come on in top gear , thanks to the 4.11 axle ratio),? but they also get extremely good gas mileage. No not really. Superchargers actually cause more stress on the motor because they are run by a belt and pully which is constantly putting tension? on the motor. Turbo's are run off exhaust gasses which would normally be wasted going out the tail pipe. As long as you don't set the boost too high and you maintain the engine properly you shouldn't have problems. Also you need to run higher octane gas to avoid premature detonation. There are turbo'd diesel motors with over 1 million miles on them.

I'm not a fan of US cars at all - but even I will admit Hennesy is on to something here. It's tiny, phenomenally powerful and will be way more of a handful to drive than any other supercar I'm aware of. It'll be for the kind of person that wants to own a car that can kill them easily. A car that when you press the? throttle hard, seems to go into hyperspace. And I can see that to some this would be exactly what they want. But I can't see any being sold outside the USA.

you're just not listening properly. I said "pump gas, medium boost." that's 13psi. High boost is 19psi, which will yield 950 at the wheels on pump gas. Add race gas (106) and the? car will make an even 1,050 at the wheels, which is 1200 at the crank. Just because a car has 1200 hp on tap doesn't mean it always needs to use it.

Was never a fan of the Ultimate aero either for the same reasons i don't like the Venom. However it didn't cost anything near a million dollars, Jerod Shelby isn't an ignorant twat and the car atleast has it's own design. yes that's why Koenigseggs first cars used Ford blocks and when they could afford it, built their own engine. I think their first car too use a bespoked engine was chassie 30 or 31 wich was the CCX TopGear tested. Hennessey has most likely built far for more cars than Koenigsegg before the Venom GT. I'm not sure if Koenigsegg always has used a bespoked Xtrack gearbox but i'm pretty sure that they have while the Venom uses a Ford GT box. The fact that almost nothing on the Venom is? bespoked...

Oh and for those who say not to wash under the sun. It is actually an acceptable practice as long as you do it one panel at a time. There is no danger to washing under the sun. All that it will lead to is the soap possibly drying on the paint and water spots.? All of which are easily avoided by going top to bottom one panel at a time.

As for bug removal. He did that wrong to. That sponge will grind dirt into the paint and swirl the paint with the order he did it in. What you do is spray off loose dirt, wash with a microfiber mit, rinse again. THEN spray bug removal product on bugs that did not come off the first time. I wouldnt recommend the sponge he used, to abrasive. Use the same microfiber mit you washed the car with. Dip in the wash bucket a? wipe off? the bugs. This method will remove bugs and not install swirls.

This guy is not a professional. I could go on an on about what he did wrong. First of all. Wheels are ALWAYS first. He talked about? the two bucket method, but he he failed in that regard. You need a grit guard in the rinse bucket. And you rinse after every panel. You dont do half the car then rinse. Hood, rinse, door rinse etc.

From? my experience, I strongly recommend using tank water to clean your ride. I've seen the difference: If you don't chamois your car after you wash it and use tapwater to do it, you'll see visible spot-dry marks left on the windows (and respectively the paint) after it dries. Tank water doesn't go through the processing that tap water does, and I've noticed it doesn't leave spot-dry marks. Go out and try it, you'll see the differences.

i like this man, great stuff driving with the V1, i can tell you travel with it on? different vehicles... i did a sleek connection a little further right by the rearviw mirror, perfect angle for the rear drop window on the LE titan... mine was 4x4, but on 2WD it performs very well... just take out a little air and you can climb a lot of stuff... for an OEM truck... well at least i did... i have some videos crusising with a gtech also, the amber matches the dash very well... very good truck!!!!!

I think they'll go the way of the horse. Cars were made to replace the horse as a mode of transport, and while they undoubtedly won that battle, horses still have a place in modern society. I only mention the brakes working in a similar fashion because Matt was apparently? told that Ferrari "invented" that technology. FWIW, I don't think ANY BMW can stand toe to toe with a Ferrari. The 458 is disgustingly badass in every way (except the dash layout, which is sort of ugly).

My BMW 335i has pre-loading brakes that work EXACTLY the same way as the Ferrari brakes Matt described in the video. When you suddenly lift from the accelerator, it brings the pads right against the disks because it knows you probably need to quickly stop. If it detects the brakes are wet, it brings the pads and disks together just enough to quickly dry them. It also disconnects the alternator from the crank when you're accelerating so no? power is sapped, and only charges when braking.

it isn't just the best radar detector, it's the only radar detector. the rest are absolute trash. The V1 is the only radar detector that has indicator arrows to show you where the signal is coming from. What's the point of using another radar detector that just tells you there's a signal from "oh, I don't know, somewhere around here." your response is different if the cop is in front or behind,? so you damn well better have that information.

It's actually the Zeitronix wideband, and yes it? was a few clicks too lean at the time I filmed this video. Since then, the tune has been changed and refined to a dead on AFR of 12.1 (that's the sweet spot). This video was filmed in the winter (cold IAT's) and I had water/meth activated, so knock voltages and timing retard was very low.

Just wondering, I see what looks to be the AEM uego. You running mid to low 12s afr wise, I was always under the assumption that running lean afrs in those cars was a no-no. Are you doing this because your running meth injection? as well? Also, excellent car. Thing is a beast.

That's not a CEL. The traction control off light is on? the tach gauge, and the Airbag light is on the speed gauge. The car has aftermarket seats without airbags so the light was triggered. Need to install a resistor to shut it off :)

Did you not see my question? It's hard to see if it was wet, or if it was just cold, that's all. Anyway maybe you watched in in HD so it was clearer. Regardless, why the hate and anger? Sick of spinning up your front tires be it? wet or dry, even with only like 2 ftlbs of torque? Oh poor thing.
