I really doubt that Sonic will 'always be around'. It's starting to lose its brand power. Admittedly, it's still relatively powerful in itself, but it's the only thing that Sega's existence hinges on. The moment people lose interest in Sonic (and they will, the franchise is gradually becoming more and more irrelevant), is the moment Sega fails.? Meaning Sonic itself will die, unless Sega sells the franchise to another company. And Nintendo should buy it.

I don't get this whole COD/Mario/Sonic discussion, it's pretty pointless, Nintendo will always be better than other companies since their games are centered around being fun and epic regardless of graphics (Which are still awesome by the way) or annoying realism (We're playing GAMES for? a reason), but Sonic and COD are also great, SEGA is a very good company and although they've messed up a bit with Sonic, Generations and Colors bring them back, and the COD franchise is just as awesome.

Taking a break, making a cup of tea and going to library for the Rosalina story was one of my favorite parts of the game, the music in that section was just special, i cant really explain how even. Im 21 years old now and this game was the first in maybe? a decade to make me feel the way games like mario 64 and the ocarina of time did when i was a kid. Beautiful :)

Eminem is pretty much the only rapper I like because he puts meaning into his songs and he dose not put in a lot of computer generated sounds except for sound effects. I know everyone says this is a great game, and IGN doesn't? offer flawless gameplay but just looking at Mario Galaxy makes me mad from the depth perception problems I'm bound to have along with every 3d platformer. Don't get me wrong I'm at least going to rent it when I get around but me not being a Mario fan and having a lot of other games to buy I don't think this (still $50) game will be reaching the top of that list anytime soon.

I own both games, and loved both, actually. I am just a little disappointed that, thinking back on both games, I can't even distinguish which worlds were in which game, as the? games were just so similar. I really tried to like the second one, it just fell short IN MY OPINION. Its not like I'm just all out bashing the game, as I did enjoy playing both. I just don't believe that the game should have gotten a perfect score, as it wasn't perfect. Plus they dumbed down the level select.

@fernandoarizona1996 No, there will not be any new enemy, Dont know why you? need a new one, seems ridiculous, is like you aren't enjoying the game, you are expecting to fullfill your own personal preferences. Sure everybody can say "i would like this to be as..." and whatever, but you are not the only one playing it, there are millones, and almost everybody is fighting BOWSER SINCE 1986, and that doesnt need to change, enough change is made in the game itself, Galaxy is pure art in platforms.

The trailer shows how af first they were planning the game to be. If you notices also the star you use to collect star? bits looks different. Also there were some different scenes a little bit different than the actual ones. There's another trailer that shows mario in a level called star world or something like that which never appeared in the one they released.
