They were both visible in the sky around 45 seconds before I began filming; the higher one 'turned on' first; appearing abruptly with a bright glow, then shortly afterwards the lower one appeared just as the first had. It's hard to identify these specific objects, but to those who claim they are lanterns, in many videos of this kind I noticed one thing in common: there is a pattern in their movement that is far form something just randomly released in the air. I'm not to make any statement, just summing up what I see - a pattern. So unless someone remotely controls at least some of these objects, they might might be UFOs. In fact, they are - flying objects (FOs)? people can't identify, and thus UFOs. :-D
