I had a Canon Rebel EOS 1000D before. The camera was good; however, I got discontent and tired of the camera because of its limitations. If you have a $560 budget, I would purchase a Canon Rebel T3i (body only). Later on, save up for a lens. I would highly recommend the Canon 50mm? 1.8 (roughly around $100). I'm 15 and have never bought a camera of my own, I've used my dads who is into photography. I'm looking for a camera especailly for landscape and macro shots. I tend to prefer ones with high megapixels and a good zoom on them. This thing sure takes a beating! I had the hsp crapposaurus shitbox and it was fine on the nimh. Then I put a 3s lipo in it and? it lasted 2 seconds before trying to tear itself in half! I think I may have to invest in one of these little beasts. Thanks for the review.

HI there Great review Once again i have just got one of these Rc's i would like? to say owning 2 mini e-revo's and the mini summit all vxl this thing Take's the cake for sure i would probably say because of the weight it hold's its own for sure.I run Rc's on friday night's (beer's and Truck's) and the mini Traxxas rc's get thrown around over the not so smooth rd,This on the other hand absorb's it all.The esc isnt the greatest but i my self keep in mind this is a cheap Rc not Race Rc for fun time

This truck looks like junk. Surprising because it has the Savage name on it. I've got a stampede 2wd vxl and it's held up pretty well over last 2-3 years.? I partly broke the wheelie bar but that's it. The XS looks like it doesn't handle well with the over powered brushless plus the short wheel base. Mid-air braking is probably bad because of short wheel base too. Did they stop making the eSavage? I think it was twin metal plates. Wanted to get it or the eMaxx. Or maybe the 4x4 Stampede.

What would you recommend in the $250 range in a 4wd bashing type truck 1/10th ish scale? Dude 400 is alot for a xs. It's been discontinued for months now? and replaced by the 1100D(t3) not t3i. I wouldn't bother with this camera unless u can get it for under 150 used. If your spending money on a canon DSLR. Look into a 60D used there around 600-800. I personally like my 50D over 60D for hell of a alot of reasons but that's just me :)

Went to the range today to with my brother. While shooting Glock 21 w/ XS big? dot, the front dot fell off (crumpy gunsmith work). Then I remember in missology, that front sight and trigger control dictate accuracy. With just the front sight hole and the XS rear sight, I still held a 2inch group at 7 yards. :D

I have read numerous posts on night sights and the pros/cons of various vendors. Because I primarily use my G19 for target practice, what I think I need are? higher visibility standard sights for the Glock. I spoke to the XS factory folks and they recommended a standard XS express tritium front sight and a non-tritium rear site to get the advantage of their "lollipop" sight picture. Can you provide feedback on it or perhaps an even better alternative to my needs.

@JamesYeager Thanks for this video and the other XS sight demo video. They convinced me to get these sights for my Sig P226. After having? them installed and fine tuning the rear sight a little they are the best sights I have ever used. Thanks again for these videos, they definitely helped out at least one person.

WHAT? Bullets usually fall - what do you mean past 15 yards top of dot? where on relation to the back site and HOW do you distinguish? center mass hits at say 50 yards or 100 Yards --- I'm mostly concerned with the longer range hits as the closer ones are relatively close to the set sights anyway

I'm not 100%, you probably have to be really informed about Korean culture to understand this, but as far as I can tell it seems to be because the company that originally had TVXQ signed, and the 3 members who broke off to make JYJ, didnt part on friendly terms. I think JYJ had to fight in order to be released from their (very long) contract. And SM entertainment is very powerfull in Korean mainstream media so in order to maintain good standings? with SM, tv stations dont allow them to perform.

Google tv is very solid, I've been using it way before it was updated to honeycomb and can say it is a good device. I like how you can? browse the Internet also you can download apps. I have subscribed to netflix and I'm pretty happy. I can't remember last time I watched tv from dish network. I would absolutely survive without cable tv and just stick to streaming media.

Lithiium AAA,AA batteries suck as do $1.99 Panasonic (cheap batteries from China) as digital? devices like digital cameras and the Roku "remote" needs "trickling power" which only is found in Alkaline Duracels or Alkaline Energizers Cheap Battires from China are fine for "power draw" devices like Flash Lights,radios,and RC Cars and the batteries crap out past their "trickle point" like 25% through thier charge thus the "dead batteries" I use Akaline Energizers in all 3Roku XS..no change yet

Thank You for this Great & Informative Video Review! Wad looking at ROKU & Google TV but wanted a Side by Side Comparison. At first I was leaning towards roku, Because the entry level models are cheap only $60. But I really like Google tv's internet browser. I also am an android fan as I have an android smartphone. hello i have been a Logitech Revue user for the las 4 months and enjoying it a lot , its has th updated android OS , which is much better than the one? reviewed by you , the only problem i have found is that I use and external Hard Drive for my media (3 tera ) and its not recognized by the Revue due to the size of the drive , I've found in related blogs that because it is based in Android does not support (yet ) such high volume of external memory , can you give me any solution to this matter

Two minutes in, you say "You're only going to be using the Roku and the Logitech Revue on an HDMI television set or monitor". I presume you're just saying they both? have HDMI capability? I am aware that the Roku has a composite video RCA connection (red/white/yellow cable), thus making it usable on older TVs. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone else confused by your statement.

Why is there no YouTube access on the Roku? My WDTV Live has that, but no Netflix. I wish they would all play nice together. Blocking urls by major networks is also lame. It makes me want to just buy a $199 laptop with HDMI output and buy a cheap remote for it. So many cable companies fear these set top boxes... and I suppose it's for good reason since they won't be able? to overcharge their customers forever.
