In a real fight, where there are no rules, you're assuming that an experienced mixed martial artist wouldn't do things like hold clothing, punch nuts, kick a downed? opponent in the head, etc. You apparently don't understand combat experience. A mixed martial artist would be at a disadvantage if you narrow the rules, like only allow boxing, than a boxer would be at the advantage. Also check your stats on hospital visits

Also Bruce Lee was fine but I wouldn't obsess over him, but I wouldn't call myself a fanboy of anything, aside from being an anti-fanboy of people who take UFC and MMA too seriously. It's as real as Boxing, but less dangerous to the person in it since he usually won't end up with long-term brain damage or popping? aneurysms. Kung Fu is fine, but with hundreds of different styles they're not ALL showy acrobatic competitions.The Chinese military uses a certain brand of it that is pretty effective.

Well, technically even if you bring a gun, Krav Maga has an entire string of techniques made just for disarming people of guns(though it admits to not being foolproof). Krav Maga is still a martial art made to stop people or disarm them. There are very few moves in it that you can actually use on someone without putting them in a hospital if you? were using them. People learning it for self-defense probably don't have much combat experience, but it was designed and perfected mostly to be lethal.

It takes very little training or experience to understand eye gouging, groin kicking, and finger breaking. Whether krav maga or kung fu, those fighters have very little actual combat experience, not to mention conditioning. Training and sparring only? goes so far. Soldiers may have real combat, though. I have never seen one of the principle moves of Krav Maga ever? used in the MMA. Any fighter that tried something like that would be kicked out of the organization. Almost all of their locks and most of their strikes are too dangerous for an organization like that. Sure you'll get ex-fighters who practiced those things, but they're not using anything they've learned but the experience they've had from it. A bunch of Muay thai techniques are also illegal in it. It's a really timid sport.

I would say anyone who has trained in Krav Maga would devastate or kill most of the people on UFC of MMA. They're trained to hold back and fight a certain way. It's a sport, it's not actual combat. It's horribly regulated. UFC fanboys? act like they're watching an actual fight, when it's really just punching and kicking(in areas you're allowed and trained to go for) until it gets to the ground where you use overpowering maneuvers(of a set number which were deemed alright to use).

Not really. Wushu/kung fu is basically "every martial art in China over the last 4000 years. A lot of their anti-grappling techniques involve things like joint-locks and clawing at spots that are illegal? in MMA and UFC. I don't believe in chi or anything like that. But there are literally 1000s of separate Wushu schools in China. MMA and UFC fanboys are even worse by believing that they're watching some sort of unregulated violent competition, when boxing is more dangerous to your health.

No style is better than the other? Your logic is as absent as your punctuation between sentences. There is? no evidence to back up your claims. There are martial artists who bring karate/kung fu/mui thai into mixed martial arts. If they don't diversify their techniques, they lose. Usually those disciplines don't even come into play. This applies to boxing too. Kung fu only works well, restrictions or not, against untrained fighters or other kung fu fighters. Show evidence or pipe down.

In that case anyone with a gun would win. Hell, even a knife would do. Krav maga? would easily destroy kung fu, and in a real fight you can bet that actual martial artists (like in the UFC), who have been in actual combat, would be willing to use low blows too. Kung fu + low blows doesn't beat diversified, combat-proven fighting techniques + low blows. Take away the low blows from both sides and kung fu still loses, unless you can prove otherwise

I live in a city that's home to a naval base and have known my fair share of members of the military - some of whom I call friends. I respect them (or not) based on? their individual merits, not their choice of employment. Most I've known are lovely human beings, a couple are complete jerks who only went into the armed forces because that was the only place that would have them. That said, I don't see why they should be honoured above others who are truly trying to make the world a better place.

As Thomas Jefferson once said, "As the earth belongs to the living, not to the dead, a living generation can bind itself only." We need more STEM, not to preserve a shipwreck where no one can see it for maybe a few extra hundred years. Who is the senate again who is in favour of preserving the Titanic? He certainly has my support, I shocked at the amount of damage left by from submersibles. The ship is brital enough, I don't have anything against viewing the ship all I say is take care when doing so. And it's this? feeling that has really got me respecting the vision of Dr. Ballard, who wants the legacy of Titanic and all those who lost their lives preserved.

maybe if they brought it above ground for everyone to see then MAYBE painting it would be ok, but so what if the paint looks bad? once you repaint the thing, you'll want to reassemble it. once its reassembled,? you'll want it to float again. once it floats again, you'll want to put passengers on it. in the end, it'd make more sense to just re-create it in a museum above-ground
