hi? mate, when i started out, i just done reviews on things that i had purchased and then after a while i started getting subscribers and my view count started? to increase. this then got the attention of suppliers and i started? getting asked to do reviews on their products. a supplier will only send out stuff if they think they will get a return as they are only interested in the free advertising, lol so buy some stuff and do reviews...the rest will follow ;) cheers scott

Hey Scott, it's okay if I? keep my 901 in my pocket ? Is it a problem if the cigarette is tilted down ? 'cause that's the position when keeping it in the pocket. Thanks, Allan.

Yeah, those 3 401 batteries were all manual and that's why I was confused about it. it was "sealed" per se but there was still that big hole in the battery for air to get through. I barely dripped it and was using a cart mod (specifically the reticulated foam). I do appreciate the answer and am pretty psyched about the 901 I ordered yesterday. I'm going to switch over to autos, not to mention that the 901 was cheap so I don't have to break my? bank.

hi mate, you have no worries about getting e-liquid into the pass thru as its a sealed unit. even if you did, it wont affect it as it has a manual switch that is a lot more robust than the autos. are you over dripping / filling to get e-liquid in your 401 battery? just try to go? a little easier on the e-liquid. but the best thing is to go for an e-cig with a manual battery as they are sealed so no juice can get inside. take a look at my review of the TITAN. cheers, scott

First off, I love your reviews, just wanted to let you know that. Second (question): I? have a 401 and 3 of my batteries have succumb to a battery flooded with liquid, resulting in the horrid perpetual activation. How high is the possibility of this thing getting liquid into it? and do you have any tips as to keep liquid out of my batteries from now on?

Got my? pass through from Garry yesterday. A totally brilliant product - the best single thing that I've bought since I started vaping 10 weeks ago. You get nice friendly emails too

hi mate, ive not tried one of those but as far as im aware you can use it straight away. but if you unplugged it from the usb port? to vape then the battery wont last long if its not been plugged in for a few hours prior. cheers, scott

hi scott, ive got a 510 pass through and i was wondering is it best to leave it in the usb port for a few hours for the battery inside the unit to charge first or is it just good to go as soon as its in the usb port,,,,,,,,,,cheers? dude

I know the amperage on the ps I don't know the amperage on this. Pull out your? multimeter. It's not a direct line, they use resisters along the way in these things. Your milleage will vary.
By: igetcha69. on 27 Oct 09, 23:20:36
the only difference between the 2 devices is a slightly thicker usb cable.......period. any difference in amps between the 2 would be so small that it would not make any? significant difference in performance. you stated that the PS is king because you "claim" that it runs on higher amps, yet you have zero evidence of this! you have tested neither device with a multimeter so i dont see why you posted your comments!
By: kgonepostl. on 27 Oct 09, 23:04:54
Unfortunetly everything after early voltage vA is countered by either resisters or? capacitors. It all matters
By: igetcha69. on 27 Oct 09, 20:36:25
so, am i right in thinking that you have compared the materials used from both devices and tested them all with a multimeter? the prodigy might be less amps! basically, it just boils down to the thickness of the usb cable as all the other components of both devices would be pretty much identical. after all, a usb pass thru is just a cable, switch, bit of solder and an atomiser! i doubt very much that there is a single scrap of difference between? the performance of both devices.
By: kgonepostl. on 27 Oct 09, 18:42:52
The? prodigy usb is the most expensive but creates the most amperage and comes insanly close to 5v which heats up your atomizers really hot. Right now it's top dog and people swear by it.
By: kgonepostl. on 27 Oct 09, 18:41:46
All usb ports run at 5v, what your looking for is amperage, which depends on the materials used? in the passthrough which can be measured with a multimeter. More amperage means more vapor depending on the atomizer used of course. Don't hate on me. This is technology and technology is a science, not an opinion.
