Hmmm. This isn't 70/140. This doesn't have accentuated 3rd beat offbeat. Definitely not dubstep. Dubstep is a permutation of? dub which is a permutation of reggae. Electro is a permutation of chicago's house and disco house scene. Learn2music history. Electro has been around as long as dub and dub is pre-dubstep.
